Boxing at it's finest in the desert! I'd love to see some of that. Anyway, after a "call": I'd make sure I had a friggen fantastic perimiter alarm system, AND a big stick and I'd walk around my house carefully watching. I wouldn't take my stick over to some asshole's house who hadn't called lately and start pummeling him, and basicly forget about the guy who - uh - called. Plus I'd make sure that, had I helped said non-involved jerk become an big'ole asshole over the past 30 years, if I wanted to get rid of his ass along the way, I'd do it in such a manner that I didn't kill off the more of the same people I'd helped him be such a jerk to. Funally, I'd make damn sure I didn't become an asshole to my own neighbors and freinds in the process. Just my opinion. Hindsight though. posted by: Redhead (reply) post date: 02.10.06 (9:36 am) Are you getting ready for the heat and the sun. I would stay in my house with a really big stick. posted by: rcurry (reply) post date: 02.10.06 (9:49 am) Reply to: verucassalty I think SNAFU fits everyone's life at one point or another, some people just get more than others. Un-lucky. Kinda like Alice's un-birthday. posted by: rcurry (reply) post date: 02.10.06 (9:53 am) Reply to: surrogate Ah, my dear sir. How correct you are, but too in-depth did you read! I'll tmail you. posted by: rcurry (reply) post date: 02.10.06 (9:55 am) Reply to: Redhead No. I'm never ready for that. I have a picture from last year of a thermometer at our barracks that shows 135 degrees in the shade. Ugh. Why does this country have only extremes? No middle ground! posted by: redhead (reply) post date: 02.10.06 (10:37 am) Oh my gosh that is hot. is that why you guys are over there now. to get ready for the heat. How do you keep cool in that heat? Do you box also? posted by: rcurry (reply) post date: 02.10.06 (10:41 am) Reply to: redhead Yeah, it get's warm. After 110, it just feels like an oven. We're going to experience all four seasons here, so there's no real rhyme or reason to our arrival/departure other than the rotational basis. One unit leaves, another takes it's place. How do I keep cool? Last year was easy, I was inside most of the time. This year should prove A LOT harder to stay cool. I hope this piddly swamp cooler in my jail cell holds up to the use. Do I box? Heavens no. I have too pretty a face. :) posted by: True (reply) post date: 02.10.06 (10:53 am) I would be the guy with a big stick, that was pointy at the end. Bring it. posted by: rcurry (reply) post date: 02.10.06 (11:01 am) Reply to: True Good on'ya! posted by: redhead (reply) post date: 02.10.06 (11:22 am) Did you have a desk job last year? this year you have a out doors job.
